Loews Corporation (NYSE: L) announced today the declaration of the Company’s quarterly dividend of $0.0625 per share of Common Stock, payable September 14, 2009 to shareholders of record on September 1, 2009.

EnergySolutions, Inc. (NYSE: ES) announced today it has been awarded waste remediation contracts for the management of transuarnic waste from the U.S. Department of Energy’s Los Alamos National Laboratory (LANL).
