OREX’s lead investigational product, Contrave, has completed Phase 3 clinical trials and is on track for a regulatory submission with the FDA in the first half of 2010. OREX’s second product candidate, Empatic, has completed Phase 2 clinical development. Each product candidate is designed to act on a specific group of neurons in the central nervous system with the goal of achieving appetite suppression and sustained weight loss, through combination therapeutic approaches.
**OREX will report results from a midstage study of its obesity drug candidate Empatic on Wednesday morning.

HTLJ is a diversified company with businesses in steel warehousing and fabrication and petroleum retail and wholesale operations. Mound Technologies is a full service structural and miscellaneous steel fabricator located in Springboro, Ohio. Lee Oil Company services and sells over 40 million gallons of petroleum product annually through a combination of retail and wholesale operations. HTLJ is a new venture which operates a structural steel service center in Washington Court House, Ohio.
Having reached over $1 million in sales before occupying its building, HTLJ reported that the new headquarters of Heartland Steel, the company’s steel warehousing subsidiary, has been completed. 58,000 square foot facility will serve as important hub for construction in region.

HTDS is a holdco of a China based Shenzhen Mellow Hope Pharm Industrial Co., Ltd. Mellow Hope is the biggest exporter of Biological Vaccines in China. Based on the cooperation with Institutes of Medical Biology and Pharmaceutical manufacturers, Mellow Hope provides a wide range of vaccines with high quality, safety and efficacy.
At the beginning of September, Mellow Hope completed the clinical trial of Influenza A (H1N1) Vaccine (Split Virion). The company received the clinical approval from the State Food and Drug Administration (SFDA) http://eng.sfda.gov.cn/eng. Production will be started shortly.
Mellow Hope has received many inquiries from different countries, asking about the supply of this vaccine. The company is currently in overdrive preparing all the relevant documents to obtain the approval in all of these regions, from various jurisdictional authorities
**Today, HTDS reported that its China based operating subsidiary Mellow Hope through its exclusive business partner Zhejiang Tianyuan Bio-pharmaceutical Co., Ltd has been granted H1N1 license on September 24, 2009 by SFDA (China Authority) http://eng.sfda.gov.cn/eng. Mellow Hope is the exclusive agent of Zhejiang Tianyuan Bio-pharmaceutical Co., Ltd for International marketing and sales.
HTDS’s CEO Terry Yuan said that the company is also moving to get its audits completed and get OTCBB listed.
